Summer Rising: The IMMA Festival in pictures

Since I’ve moved to Dublin I’ve been very much looking forward to going to the IMMA Summer Rising Festival. When it finally arrived, I marched happily to the beautiful gardens of the Irish Museum of Modern Art to take part in Imen’s McDonnell butter making workshop and enjoy delicious lunch served by The Cake Café in IMMA’s Gardens. There’re no words to describe how much fun it was to sit on the sheaf of hay and shake a jar full of cream in the pouring rain! Or to eat heavenly good gooseberry & red currant cake while you’re completely soaked to the skin! The atmosphere was so good though that I wouldn’t like to be anywhere else! :)
Here’re some pictures from the day…
