Yesterday, on October the 8th, the Eat West 2013 was officially launched. I was very excited about this book since I met its creators; Meave, Elaine, Trevor & Patrick and very much flattered to be invited to celebrate this event at McCambridges of Galway.
Now I have a great pleasure of being able to share this truly inspiring experience with you.
This wonderful book is a collection of recipes from various food producers and chefs from Galway, Clare and Mayo promoting local food and in doing so raising much needed funds for the ISPCC, a worthy children’s charity.
Below is a small gallery of great people behind Eat West 2013 cook book;
All profits from this book go to the ISPCC so if you would like to get a copy of this book and re-crteate & enjoy the best of what the West has to offer, go to www.eatwest2013.com.
Alternatively, if you would like to get a copy of this book and meet the team behind it’s creation, they will be at the next Slow Food Event on the 13th October, so you can come along and support them and enjoy a great day out at Woodville Walled Garden
